Account & Data Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of your Mylus account and the data associated with it. You can do it in two ways.
Option A — In the app (immediate)
Open Mylus, go to Profile → Delete account, and confirm with the verification code we email you. Your account and data are deleted right away.
Option B — By email (no app needed)
From the email address you used to register or sign in, email [email protected]:
- Subject: Delete my account
- Body: State clearly that you request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.
After we receive your request and verify your identity, we will process it within 7 business days.
What data is deleted
The following are permanently deleted: your account basics (email address), your sign-in credentials / authorization link (e.g. Apple or Google sign-in), and all personal data stored on our servers — including your training profile, body and health/injury data, generated training plans, workout check-ins, feedback, and AI-coach chat messages.
What data is retained
We do not retain data that identifies you. For system security and debugging, a minimal amount of anonymized technical/crash-log data that does not identify you may be retained for up to 30 days, after which it is automatically deleted. We may also retain information where retention is required by law.

账号及数据删除指引
本页说明如何删除您在 Mylus 中的账号及相关数据。您可以通过以下两种方式操作。
方式一 —— 在应用内(立即生效)
打开 Mylus,进入 我的档案 → 删除账号,用我们发送到您邮箱的验证码确认。您的账号及数据将立即被删除。
方式二 —— 通过邮件(无需打开应用)
请使用您注册/登录应用时使用的邮箱,发送邮件至 [email protected]:
- 邮件主题: 申请删除账号
- 邮件内容: 请明确提出您要求彻底删除您的账号及所有关联数据。
收到您的请求并核实身份后,我们将在 7 个工作日内处理。
将被删除的数据
以下数据将被永久删除:您的账号基础信息(邮箱地址)、授权登录凭证(如 Apple / Google 授权状态),以及储存在我们服务器上的所有个人相关数据 —— 包括训练档案、身体及健康/伤病数据、生成的训练计划、训练打卡、反馈,以及与 AI 教练的对话消息。
将被保留的数据
我们不会保留能够识别您身份的数据。出于系统安全和排查错误的需要,极少部分不包含个人身份的匿名技术/崩溃日志可能会被保留不超过 30 天,之后将自动销毁。法律要求保留的信息除外。
