Health & Fitness Disclaimer
1. Not medical advice
Mylus provides training references based on biomechanics and exercise science for general informational and educational purposes. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional medical judgment.
2. Consult a professional first
Consult a qualified physician or other healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, have an injury, or have a heart, joint, metabolic, or other medical condition. Do not disregard or delay professional medical advice because of anything you read or receive in the Service.
3. Assumption of risk
Exercise carries inherent risks. You voluntarily participate in any activity suggested by the Service and assume full responsibility for risks of injury or harm, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. Listen to your body
Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, faintness, or other unusual symptoms, and seek medical attention if needed. Pain is different from ordinary training fatigue: when something hurts, the right response is to stop — not to keep training through it by reducing the load or substituting movements on your own.
5. Limits of AI-generated guidance
Plans and suggestions are generated algorithmically from the information you provide and from general scientific references. They may not account for every aspect of your individual situation and can contain errors. Always apply your own judgment and professional guidance.
6. Emergencies
Mylus is not for emergencies. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or seek immediate in-person care.
